In addition, our books are available from all of the major library suppliers and internet bookstores: Ingram, Baker & Taylor, Blackwell’s Book Service, Yankee Book Peddler, Midwest Library Services, Coutts Library Service, The Book House, Academic Book Center, Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble.com, and others.

This is not a e-commerce site, so we are unable to take orders here and process credit cards with a secure link. Instead, just print the form below, fill in the required information, and mail or fax it to us. You can also send the same information in an email. Or just call us. This is probably just as quick as Amazon or B&N and we won't try to sell you a credit card or anything else.
